This automated phone service SCREENS your caller before you talk to them knowing WHO and WHY they are calling you.
A Virtual Office Automated Telephone PBX.
Directory Group organizes your Subscriber Mailboxes and Announcement Mailboxes into extension numbers.
This service is available and offered to individuals and to all types of business entities - medical and commercial.
You then can be connected or patched/conferenced to the caller if you choose to.
You can receive multiple simultaneous calls and still be patched to each one of them who is on hold.
This Virtual Office can be customized and tailored for individual use as well as for multiple users on one Virtual PBX System.
This practical solution eliminates an expensive need for a live receptionist.

TIP:

What To Order To Complete Your Virtual PBX:
1. Subscriber Mailbox(es).
-One Subscriber Mailbox per primary person who takes calls.
-(Users that share the same mailbox shares the same password.)
2. Announcement Mailbox(es)
-These are informational announcements. ie: Office Hours, Location, etc.
3. Directory Group(s)
-A Group keeps your extensions organized, navigating your callers.
-Each Group can have up to 10 extensions.
-Each extension per Subscriber or Announcement.

TERM:

NO LONG TERM CONTRACT
A Term is one (1) Billing Cycle which is twenty-eight (28) days.
The Term selected guarantees the rate for that term period.
Term choices are:
. 1 = 4 weeks
. 3 = 12 weeks
. 6 = 24 weeks
. 13 = 52 weeks
. 26 = 104 weeks
. 39 = 156 weeks
The longer the term, the more the savings!

NOTE:

All services below require manual activation and provisioning.
Your order date will be different from the Activation Date.
The Date Range of the Term for Service(s) appearing on this Order Form when the order is placed will be adjusted to your actual Activation Date.
Your Activation Date will then be the start of your actual Term's Date Range.
Billing Period starts on your Activation Date.
You will be notified when service is activated.
Your Recurring Invoice is due upon receipt.
Late Fee of 2% on any outstanding balance after the end of that Billing Cycle.

- We design for you a Telephone Directory Menu Tree so callers will find it easy to reach the correct department or person they are looking for.
- We will help and assist you in streamlining your telephone menu design to make it as clear and efficient.
At the end of the consultation process, you will get a total number of how many Boxes (Speexch, Voicemail, Support, Bridges, etc) your design will require to accomplish your objectives. The call-flow design is proprietary and will not be disclosed.

Speexch™ Directory Group

Choose your billing cycle.

This Directory Group is where you assign your Subscriber and Announcement Mailboxes as extension numbers on your Virtual PBX.

BEFORE ORDERING THIS DIRECTORY GROUP:
1. Please determine how many Subscribers and/or Announcement Mailboxes you are getting.
2. Place your Subscriber and/or Announcement Mailbox orders first.
3. Then order the number Directory Groups you need.

PURPOSE:
To provide your callers an efficient method in reaching the right department and/or person in your company.
.
-Ideal for use if you have at least two (2) extensions.
-You can have up to ten (10) extensions in each Directory Group.
-If you have more than 10 extensions just add another Directory Group (9 extensions + 1 to go to the next Directory Group.
.
Included is one (1) exclusive DID Telephone Number for your top main or single Directory Group.
.
Sub Directory Groups can choose the option to have a separate DID Telephone Number. This allows the caller to bypass other Directory Group levels and go directly to that specific Directory Group.
.
One Directory Group is one (1) level of 10 extensions in your Directory Group Menu Tree.
.
Caller is presented with option to choose which extension (#1 - #0) to press to reach the appropriate department or person.

ORDERING:
1. Select the Term and Price.

For minimal complexity, it is best to have the same Terms on each package - Directory, Subscriber and/or Announcement.

2. Determine which Directory Group is your top main and at what level are each Sub-Directory Groups.

Each Directory Group cannot have the same level.

3. Choose what function you want each extensions to do:

Announce-Only Feature
Subscriber Mailbox
Transfer caller to next Directory Group
Return caller to previous Directory Group
Return caller to Main Menu (Top Directory)

NOTE:
- Announce-Only Feature is a customized announcement you prerecorded that will be played every time that extension is selected.
- You can record up to 3 announcements and switch them back and forth.
- You can change this at anytime according to your needs and requirements.

- Selecting Subscriber Mailbox includes one (1) assigned exclusive DID Telephone Number for this mailbox.
- A Subscriber Mailbox having their own DID number allow callers the option to bypass all the Directory Group prompts - IF the Subscriber gives out that DID number.

Speexch™ Announcement Mailbox

Choose your billing cycle.

This mailbox plays your customized prerecorded announcement.
And after the announcement is played, you can designate this mailbox to:
1. Replay the announcement again (up to 8 more times), then:
2. Transfer to an extension of your Directory Menu
3. Transfer to another Mailbox
4. Transfer to a Live Agent (for Medical Accounts only)
5. Simply hang up

USE:
Main use is for a general announcement.

This mailbox can also be used as one of the extensions on your Directory Mailbox.
An example would be to playback: Office Hours, Directions, Address or any announcement.

1. You can store up to three (3) prerecorded customized announcements and interchange them as desired.
2. Five (5) minutes of announcement time. Option for more.
